Here is the updated Cancellation & Refund Policy for GoCredit, revised to reflect the new rules effective 29th July 2025:

GoCredit is a fintech solution owned and operated by Vijayalakshmi Technology Infinity NKB Private Limited.

We offer a monthly subscription model through our mobile app, helping users manage their credit, boost their credit scores, and discover the best and most affordable loan offers — all in one place.


We strive to provide complete transparency. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms, rights, and process for customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions or request a refund.
 

1. Subscription Model Overview
 

GoCredit operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, users get access to premium services, including:
 

  • Advanced credit score tracking and monitoring
     

  • Credit improvement tools and actionable insights
     

  • AI-based personalised loan offers
     

  • Real-time updates on credit activity
     

Payments are collected via our secure payment partner, Razorpay, through UPI Autopay or card-based recurring mandates.
 

2. Cancellation Policy (Updated)
 

All users are required to cancel their subscriptions before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
 

Key Terms:
 

  • Once the payment is auto-debited (autopay successful), it will be considered as consent to continue the service.
     

  • No cancellation requests will be entertained after a successful payment unless explicitly covered under the refund policy below.
     

  • Users can cancel the subscription directly from their UPI app or Razorpay mandate dashboard.

3. Refund Policy (Updated)
 

As a policy, no refunds will be processed after a successful payment, except under the following condition:
 

✅ Eligible for Refund:
 

  • If the credit bureau fetch fails and no report is generated (as per GoCredit’s system logs), the user will be eligible for a full refund.
     

🚫 Not Eligible for Refund:
 

  • If the bureau fetch is successful (report fetched and/or shown on app/email), refund will not be processed.
     

  • Once the subscription is auto-renewed successfully, and services are considered accessed, refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.
     

Refund Process (if applicable):
 

  • Will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days from approval.
     

  • Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
     

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
 

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
 

  • Payment was auto-debited and subscription was not cancelled beforehand.
     

  • Bureau report was successfully fetched.
     

  • Premium features (like pre-approved offers, report access, score insights) were accessed.
     

  • Issues due to user device, network, or external technical reasons.
     

  • Duplicate payments (unless verified and confirmed by Razorpay and GoCredit team).
